SwimCamp Ireland (Active Performance, Limited) is a leading swim school based in Dublin. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Swim Coach/ Swimming Teacher to join our experienced team. Job Description:

Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups of various ages and skill levels.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.
Provide feedback and guidance to help swimmers improve their technique and reach their goals.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement lesson plans and training programs.
Act as SwimCamp ambassador, exemplifying the company’s ethos in a manner that is both positive and exudes professionalism.

Job Requirements:

Hold a recognised teaching/coaching qualification in swimming (additional training can be provided for the right candidate).
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and build rapport.
Demonstrate the ability to work well as part of a team and contribute to a supportive and friendly atmosphere.
Be flexible and willing to assist with various tasks both in and out of the water.
