Our Masters swimming sessions in Dublin will be aimed at challenging each of the swimmers both technically and their endurance levels.
It is a structured training session which will push and encourage swimmers to get the most out of their time in the water both during the session and in the other sessions they are participating in during the week.
It should be used as part of a weekly training plan, not as the only session being done.
This session is ideal for those who are training for an event e.g. triathlon, Iron Man, open water races, marathon swims.
It will give swimmers the information and structure they will need to incorporate into their own weekly training plan.
☝️ Our Masters Swimming Sessions are expertly led by Susan, a highly qualified Level 3 and Level 2 Open Water coach. With a diverse coaching background, including roles as a Leinster Squad Coach, Masters Coach, Youth Club Head Coach, and Open Water Coach, Susan brings a wealth of expertise and experience to each session.

Do you wish to participate in our Master Swimming Program, which we offer 2-3 times a week? Please, fill out the form below and we get back to you as soon as possible.
We are delighted to be able to announce our newest session for those Master swimmers who are looking to do a little more distance and improving their overall endurance.
This course will be run in Caste Park School in Dalkey, Co. Dublin.
Who is it for?
