Our Master’s swimming sessions in Dublin will be aimed at challenging each of the swimmers both technically and their endurance levels.
It is a structured training session which will push and encourage swimmers to get the most out of their time in the water both during the session and in the other sessions they are participating in during the week.
It should be used as part of a weekly training plan, not as the only session being done.
This session is ideal for those who are training for an event e.g. triathlon, Iron Man, open water races, or marathon swims.
It will give swimmers the information and structure they will need to incorporate into their own weekly training plan.
