Coached sessions focused on technique, efficiency, and building proper endurance. You’ll be swimming up to 2000m in 45 minutes – not just grinding out lengths, but working on something specific each session.

Who’s This For?

  • Swimmers who’ve moved past improver level but aren’t ready for competitive masters training yet. You can swim continuous lengths, now you want to get better at it.
  • People using swimming as their regular fitness routine. Not training for competitions, just want quality coached sessions that keep you progressing.
  • Swimmers between clubs or not wanting to commit to masters yet. Maybe you swim with a club already and want extra sessions, or you’re just not interested in competitions but still want proper coaching.
  • Masters swimmers who want additional coached sessions during the week.
  • The common thread? You can swim 2000m in 60 minutes (or close to it), you want coaching that actually watches your stroke, and you’re serious about regular training.

Sessions are 60 minutes. You’ll swim up to 2000m depending on your ability and what you’re working on.

Qualified Swim Ireland coaches watching your stroke and giving feedback throughout.

  • Swimming around 1500m+ and want to push further? You’re in the right place. Swim For Fitness will help you build to 2000m and beyond while refining your technique. Not quite there yet but close? You’ll get there – drop us a message and we’ll make sure you’re in the right session.

Absolutely! Swim for Fitness classes are a fantastic way to build endurance and technique for triathlons or open-water swims. These classes will help you develop the skills and stamina you need for longer distances. If you want to take your training to an even higher level, we also offer Master Swimming Sessions. These are designed for experienced swimmers who want to push their limits and achieve competitive goals.

With consistent attendance, you’ll see steady progress in your swimming distance, aiming to reach up to 2,000 meters per session. Expect improved stroke efficiency for greater speed and a noticeable boost to your overall fitness.
