Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced swimmer, our Semi-Private Swims Open Water program caters to all levels**. **To join us, all you need is the ability to float and swim 50m front crawl face-down in a pool. And if you’re starting out, we recommend trying our beginner-level pool program first.

We offer the Semi-Private Swims Open Water program at two beautiful and safe locations in South Dublin: Killeney Beach and Seapoint Beach. Our program timings are dependent on the tides to ensure the safest and most suitable swimming conditions. Our experienced and professional coaches provide personalized attention and guidance to each swimmer, and our set-up ensures a secure and safe environment for everyone.

We have evaluated Dun Laoghaire Baths and deemed it unsuitable for group swims due to safety concerns. Sandycove Beach and Forty Foot are popular locations, but they can be crowded with people, which can create additional risks and distractions for our swimmers.
Absolutely! Once you have filled out the form on our website, we will contact you to discuss available time slots for our Semi-Private Swims Open Water program. We offer a variety of time slots, and we will work with you to find a time that best suits your schedule. Our team is dedicated to providing a personalized experience for each group, and booking a specific time slot is part of that commitment.

The Semi-Private Swims Open Water program requires a minimum of three participants and can accommodate a maximum of seven swimmers. We welcome swimmers of all levels, from beginners to more experienced swimmers, and our small group sizes allow for personalized attention and coaching from our professional instructors.

Please note: To join us, you must be able to swim 50m front-crawl face-down and float. If you’re an absolute beginner, try our pool program first.

Our Semi-Private Swims Open Water program is priced per session unit, and unfortunately, we do not offer any specific group discounts at this time. While we do not offer discounts for groups, we do provide a personalized and supportive coaching experience that is tailored to each individual swimmer’s needs. Our program is designed to help swimmers of all levels improve their technique, build their confidence, and achieve their open water swimming goals.
Each session in our Semi-Private Open Water Swims lasts for approximately 45 minutes. This allows our experienced coaches to provide personalized attention and guidance to each swimmer, while also ensuring that the session is long enough for swimmers to get a meaningful and effective workout.
At SwimCamp, we are committed to providing the best possible coaching experience for our Semi-Private Swims Open Water program. Unlike some other providers who may only offer a single coach for their sessions, we provide 2-3 experienced Open Water and Swimming Coaches to ensure that each swimmer receives personalized attention and guidance. This allows us to maintain a low coach-to-swimmer ratio, which results in a more effective and enjoyable experience for our swimmers.
